its hard
Today i managed to walk 0.56 miles that i am proud off with me not feeling well
I will be out later jogging round Victoria Park Leicester as we come to Remembrance Day I am reminded of the sacrifice that some members of the armed forces make for their country like US Army SFC Kenneth Westbrook.
